Lisa A Pektor

LisaLisa A. Pektor grew up in Williams township next to the family farm and as a young child watched as her father’s real estate development company, Ashley Development, evolved and grew to the full service real estate development company it is today.  She attended Roger Williams where she majored in Business Management and Financial Services and completed her studies with a Masters in Real Estate from New York University.   After graduation Lisa began working with her father at Ashley Development, but soon the market took a turn for the worst and she found herself in the midst of a reorganization and leaning of the company.

In October 2009, the opportunity to purchase 32 buildings from Liberty Property Trust began to take shape.

In May of 2011, the acquisition concluded and Lisa made the lateral move to Regional President of PennCap Properties.  However she did not stop there and simultaneously launched ALT Realty, LLC a full service real estate brokerage company, developed a 20,000 sqft medical office building, and one of her father’s former projects to redevelop a 30,000 sqft building located downtown.

Lisa believes being a successful real estate developer means having the responsibility to ensure that each development makes a positive contribution to the growth of our communities, while respecting the needs of the current residents and characteristics of the surrounding environment.
