PennCap Adds Elizabeth Fronheiser to Manage Properties

PennCap Properties of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, recently named Elizabeth Fronheiser of Newmark as Property Manager.  Fronheiser, who has more than seven years of property management experience, will oversee multiple office and flex industrial properties for PennCap in the Lehigh Valley region.

Fronheiser will join the team managing 1.4 million square feet of commercial property owned by PennCap. Previously, she spent more than 6 years as a Commercial Property Manager for City Center Allentown. She is experienced in residential, retail and restaurant site management, and she worked with leasing teams, project management teams and engineering to launch a local 12,000-square-foot food market.  With a thorough knowledge of contracts and property accounting. Fronheiser oversaw the opening of several Class A commercial office buildings, as well as new parking structures and the technology associated with them.
